Your Godox USA or KNOWLED product has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If bought new in the USA, it is warranted by us for 1 year from date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by mishandling, dropping, nor modification or servicing performed by others. Go to Warranty Page
Requesting Service
Godox USA or KNOWLED products purchased in the USA requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to the Godox USA or KNOWLED Service Department. International Shipping is not covered under warranty service. Products must be carefully packed and insured and sent together with a description of the problem and details on the best method to contact you. If requesting Warranty Service then proof of purchase (copy of dated bill of sale) must be included.
After we receive and evaluate your product, we will contact you to discuss the service options.
