We want you to be really, really happy.

At Godox USA, we pride ourselves on offering the very best flash and LED lighting products in the industry and will bend over backwards to make sure you are totally thrilled with your new purchase. To ensure that, we ask that you register your product. It takes no more than two minutes (and that's if you're a slow typer.)

A reminder: Please be sure to keep your original Bill of Sale in a safe place. You will need to submit it with any request for Warranty Service.

If you're visiting this page and you live in another country

If you bought your product from a dealer in the U.S. but you reside in another country, please know that we will happily service your product, but you will be responsible for shipping charges to and from our U.S.-based service facility. Thank you for understanding, and remember to support your local dealer.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Your Godox USA or KNOWLED product has been carefully manufactured, has passed rigorous quality assurance checks, and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If bought new in the USA, it is warranted by Mamiya America Corporation d/b/a MAC Group for 12 months from the date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty applies only to products purchased from MAC Group or a MAC Group authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law. MAC Group products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who are required to follow MAC Group's policies, procedures, and quality control standards. MAC Group reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

This limited warranty does not apply to any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration, negligence, or modification or servicing performed by unauthorized parties.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall MAC Group be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

General Warranty Coverage by Product Type

Flash Electronics and Mechanics
12 months coverage for electronic and mechanical parts, except capacitors, flashtubes, and other consumable items.

Lead-Gel Batteries
Lead-Gel batteries are covered up to 500 recharge cycles within 12 months, with up to 30% capacity loss. For optimum battery life, please refer to the battery guide.

Li-Ion Batteries
Li-Ion batteries are covered up to 500 recharge cycles within 12 months, with up to 20% capacity loss. For optimum battery life, please refer to the battery guide.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • Consumables such as sync cables, fuses, and batteries for remote devices
  • Modeling/pilot lamps (please refer to the lamp manufacturer's terms)
  • Damage caused during transportation or shipping (damaged packaging or contents should be examined in the presence of the carrier and signed for as received damaged; transportation damage must be claimed from the carrier)
  • Equipment that has been misused, dismantled, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized service agent
  • Damage caused by incorrect use of third-party accessories or parts
  • Equipment used under extreme cold, hot, dusty, or wet/humid conditions
  • Any damage resulting from incorrect operation of the equipment, wasted materials, or other related expenses

Requesting Service

Godox USA and KNOWLED products purchased in the USA requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to our service teams below. Products must be carefully packed and insured, and sent together with a description of the problem and the best method to contact you. Proof of purchase (copy of dated bill of sale) must be included with all warranty service requests. After we receive and evaluate your product, we will contact you to discuss service options.

Repaired equipment is subject to a 90-day limited warranty, covering only re-repair if necessary and not consequential damages.
